How do I add balance?
Go to Add Funds, choose your payment method, enter the amount, and press Pay. The minimum top-up is 10 USD. Balance is usually added automatically after successful payment.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Available methods can include Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, KNET, Mada, Amex, UAE debit cards, Qatar debit cards, and other local options depending on availability.
I paid but my balance did not appear. What should I do?
Wait a few minutes and refresh your balance. If it still does not appear, open a ticket and include the payment method, amount, time, and transaction receipt if available.
How do I place an order correctly?
Choose a category, select the service, read the description, paste the correct link, enter the quantity within the min/max limits, check the cost, then submit.
What do the order statuses mean?
Pending means the order is waiting to start. Processing or In Progress means it is running. Completed means finished. Partial means only part of the quantity was delivered and the remaining amount is returned to your balance when supported. Canceled means the order did not run.
Can I cancel or edit an order?
Orders usually cannot be edited after submission. Cancellation is only available for services that show a cancel button. If there is no cancel button, open a ticket and our team will check what is possible.
When should I open a ticket?
Open a ticket if your payment did not arrive, an order is delayed beyond the average time, you used the wrong link, or you need help choosing the correct service.
What information should I include in a ticket?
Include your order ID, service name, link, issue description, and screenshots if useful. For payments, include amount, payment method, date, and receipt.
Can I use services for private accounts?
Most services require the account, post, or video to be public until the order is completed. Private links may fail or become partial.
How can I keep my account safe?
Use a strong password, do not share your account, and avoid placing the same link in multiple similar services at the same time unless the description says it is allowed.
